Set in Vail, CO, Club Noir is a three-day Meiomi experience that transforms après-ski into an immersive brand world. Bringing together press, influencers, VIPs, and consumers, the program pairs a dedicated press trip with a VIP launch and consumer event—delivering a luxurious yet relaxed setting designed to deepen engagement and generate media momentum.
Guests arrive at the Four Seasons Chalet for welcome cocktails just steps from Gondola One, where heavy bites, flowing Meiomi wines, and a cozy alpine setting set the tone. The arrival experience extends into thoughtful utility—ski fittings, lesson coordination, on-site storage, and custom branded gifting, including a bespoke hat fitting experience with expert stylists for a personalized take-home piece.
At the center of Club Noir is a ski-in/ski-out VIP celebration at the base of Gondola One. Guests unwind in fur-draped lounges with fireside seating, chic games, curated bites, and a DJ-driven soundtrack that shifts from laid-back to high-energy. The evening is punctuated by a signature stunt: ski “servers” in tailored burgundy suits descending the mountain in formation, each carrying trays of Meiomi Pinot Noir before continuing through Vail Village as a roaming invitation into the experience—designed for maximum shareability and cultural impact.
Programming extends beyond the slopes with an intimate dinner at Chasing Rabbits, featuring a curated Mediterranean menu and chef-led moment that keeps production minimal and atmosphere-forward.
